Outstanding 1991 TAYLOR 510 Acoustic Dreadnought Near MINT Cond HSC NR
From one of the finest and most well-known guitar-making towns of Mexico (Paracho,Michoacan) comes to you this classical instrument. Spanish guitar-crafting influence is all around this instrument,- from concaved neck tail, to curved neck block to super-fine (almost micro)
sound hole hardwood mosaic inlay. Very tightly grained solid spruce top, rosewood fretboard and bridge, bone nut, tusq nut. Straight, comfortable neck, new machine heads, fine all-around laquer, - VERY well polished. Sounds spanish, too - with some dreamy romantic and dramatic overtones. Definetely handmade - 2 thin hardwood pegs on the bridge are visible. Very good overall condition., about 15 years old.
Not sure about the rest of the hardwoods,- looks like birch or maple.
Low action, good intonation past 12th fret. No issues of any kind,- short of very few minor scratches. Non-adjustible steel rod, inlayed into the back of the neck. Full size. 14-1/2 wide, 39-1/8 long, 3-7/8 at its thickest. Fine all-around instrument, set for comphy action,- easy on the fingers!
